I
thought that my statistics professor would get a kick out of this
one. There was another one about metal balls that went through this
machine and would drop in various places creating all kinds of sounds
and movements. Outside of the museum, I tried to take pictures but
I found that my batteries had run out.
While waiting for bus 235 to arrive, we talked about
grades and school. We also talked about the bus lines in Taiwan which
were usually prompt. Today was just plain unusual as the bus took
20 minutes to arrive. It turned out that there was about three to
four bus 235 buses crammed together, all in thanks to the lovely congestion
that is Taiwan traffic. Not only was Taiwan traffic bad, so was the
bus. It was really crowded on board and I had no idea how we would
get out. The buses here are not for the claustrophobic that’s
for sure.
I got back to my grandparent’s apartment and
I played with Da-Chien a little and then rested a bit later. Da-Chien
likes to grab at everything. I ate dinner at my grandparent’s
place, which tasted pretty good. Meal consisted of rice, beef, shrimp,
and green beans. Da-Chien liked playing with the chopsticks. That
was pretty much the only way to get him to sit still. We then waited
until nine for my aunt to come pick Da-Chien and me up. While waiting,
I looked at the old photo albums, which I found to be very amusing.
There were a lot of good memories in these pages. In the meantime,
my grandpa tried to fix a fan that was broken.

When my aunt and her family came, we gave a call
to my mom’s oldest brother or my first uncle, and we both
agreed that we would meet in Tainan. When I went to hang up the
phone, I accidentally broke the chair, when I sat down too hard.
Actually, I just made a big hole in the chair. The chair’s
weaving was already weak and loose. Back at my aunt’s apartment,
Da-Ging and Da-Quan had apparently bought ping-pong equipment. They
liked it and enjoyed playing around with it. They’re both
amusing as they goofed around and fought. That’s about it
for the third day. Until tomorrow!
